We provide a propane tank for your convenience and can refill it as needed throughout your stay. HOUSEKEEPING: The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before your check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Check in: 4 pm. Check out: 10 am. Guest access Entire house is available for guest use. Keypad access The community allows up to 5 cars per unit to enter the resort. Please make sure to register all vehicles prior to arrival to avoid any issues during your stay. **Please make sure that cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.** We provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need during your stay. Pool & exterior maintenance: The pool and outdoor area receive regular professional maintenance. A licensed pool technician and/or our maintenance team may access the exterior/pool area during your stay to service the pool (cleaning, chemical balancing, filter check) and remove leaves or debris. The property receives a minimum of one to two visits per week during daytime hours. The pool company does not provide a schedule or advance notice, so we are not able to inform guests of the day or time. Service is exterior only — no one enters the interior of the home. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to this exterior maintenance access.
