There is 1 set of sheets available per bed and 1 bath towel per person, within the standard occupancy limit of the house. - The house will be delivered clean and tidy and must be returned in order. Any damage found in the house will be reported to the person responsible for the reservation. - Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to, with no possibility of early check-in or last-minute late check-out. - In front of the house there is a dumpters where garbage must be deposited for collection. Townhomes, cars must be parked in spaces in front of the houses or non-exclusive spaces spread throughout the condominium and Single Family houses must be parked on the ramp, in the garage (if available) and in visitor spaces spread throughout the condominium.
