- The houses are complete, including bed, table and bath linen. There is 1 set of sheets available per bed and 1 bath towel per person, within the standard occupancy limit of the house.
- The house will be delivered clean and tidy and must be returned in order. Any damage found in the house will be reported to the person responsible for the reservation.
- Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to, with no possibility of early check-in or last-minute late check-out.
- In front of the house there is a dumpters where garbage must be deposited for collection. Remembering that all garbage must be stored in tightly closed bags before being placed in this deposit, ok.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TRASH CAN IN FRONT OR NEXT TO THE HOUSE, CHECK WITH US WHERE IT IS SO THE GARBAGE CAN BE DISPOSED CORRECTLY.
A fine imposed by the condominium will be charged for garbage left inside the house and/or not stored correctly.
- Parking is strictly prohibited on the streets of the condominium, subject to towing and fines, which are the responsibility of the guests.
Townhomes, cars must be parked in spaces in front of the houses or non-exclusive spaces spread throughout the condominium and Single Family houses must be parked on the ramp, in the garage (if available) and in visitor spaces spread throughout the condominium.
If you have any questions, you can find your way around the condominium and look at the signs.
- We charge a fee called "Management" in the amount of US$100.00, which refers to insurance that covers damages up to US$250.00 and only damages considered accidental and “minor”, such as stained towels, stained sheets, broken glasses, lost cutlery, broken pans and stains on the walls. *ANY AND ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN THOSE MENTIONED WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY.*
- STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in, after this 30-day period before check-in all amounts are retained as a penalty.
- Payment policy:
40% of the total amount upon booking confirmation and 60% of the total amount 60 days before the check-in date.
